Reiki
SHODEN LEVEL 1
THE BEGINNING JOURNEY

May 9th - June 6th, 7pm-10pm
(five consecutive Thursday evenings)

Reiki 1 is the beginning of a road traveled by many, so you will not be alone.

It offers a way to start a steady self practice that brings better knowledge of self,

healing and wholeness.

In Reiki 1 you will:

• learn where Reiki originated and how we came to study it today

• learn spiritual centering practices

• receive four attunements (reiju)

• learn to give Reiki to self

• learn a chair protocol that you can use on others

Reiki 2 will be offered in the same format early Fall.

And just to give you a glimpse of the deepening of the teachings through Reiki 2:

This is what Reiki 2 offers:
• be given three Reiki symbols(shirushi) and their uses
• learn mantras (jumon) and chanting
• how to send absentee healing
• learn the basic balancing protocol for table sessions
• receive three more attunements (reiju)

Your investment for each level: $275

You will receive a manual.

You will also receive certificates of completion for each level (upon completion of course requirements).
For returning students, you may resit for $55.

Reiki Healing Circle

Monthly Reiki Healing Circle at Shakti Yoga

Join us for a gathering of
conscious breathing and Reiki.

We will be creating a circle
of healing where we will

share a guided meditation, mini Reiki sessions and

we will answer questions. Reiki system of natural

healing helps relieve stress,
supports personal

healing, helps with physical pain, balances

emotions
and adds clarity to the mind.

Practitioners practice group
- Thursday evenings - second Thursday of each month

As a way to offer continuous support to all my Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 students and as a way to offer o practice forum for all interested practitioners I am organizing a Reiki Practice Group, starting in September 2012.

We will meet to give and receive Reiki on a table, rotating, so that each has a chance to both receiving and giving. We will also bring into discussion a concept or question per evening.

You will have a chance to practice in a relaxed and open atmosphere and bring up questions, thoughts, ideas.

Where: The Wellspring Health Collective in Maplewood

We will meet from 7:00PM to 9:00PM.
