Reiki sessions

60 minutes table Reiki session: $85

90 minutes table Reiki session: $110

Chair sessions available in corporate settings. 20 minutes for $25

October and November 2009 Reiki classes

Two levels of training, Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 will be offered this year.

Reiki 1: October 16th, 7PM-10PM

and October 17th, 10AM-5PM

Here are a few things you will be learning in Reiki 1:

• what is Reiki

• history of the Reiki System

• Reiki principles

• spiritual centering practices

• a series of hand positions known as the the Reiki System Self-Care, which will allow you to give Reiki to yourself, your pets, your plants, your food.

• chair session hand positions

You will be given four attunements (reiju) during the 1st level of training.

Your investment: $250

Reiki 2: November 13th, 7PM-10PM

and November 14th, 10AM-5PM

In Reiki 2, you will be learning:

• three symbols (shirushi) and their uses

• mantras (jumon) and chanting

• how to send absentee healing

• the basic balancing protocol for the table sessions

You will be given three more attunements (reiju)

After this level you will be able to give Reiki sessions to friends and family members.

Your investment: $250

Enrollment in both levels by October 5th: $450 (you save $50)

Certificates for level 1 and 2 will be awarded upon completion of course requirements.

Classes limited to 6 people.

Wellness talks

My desire is to share with as many of you as possible my passion for natural health. My talks are a combination of spirituality, breath and energy with whole foods, pure water and clean air. I bring to you my personal experiences and my endless love for this planet and this Universe we all share.

Integrative Health Programs

For individualized Integrative Health Programs, Madalina meets with you once every two weeks for counseling and once a month for a Reiki session.

Individual counseling session fee: $95

Reiki session is $85

If you enroll in a four or six months program payment plans are available.

First 1 hour consultation, is free.

Cooking classes

• Periodic cooking classes will be posted.

I organize healthy seasonal cooking classes with fresh, organic, local (where possible) produce.

With a small time investment we can cook healthy meals for our kids and families that strengthen us, nourish us and connect us to nature and our backyards.
